'MANASSAS, Va. — An 18-year-old Manassas woman has pleaded guilty to arranging with her mother to have her father killed.

Jessenia Blasini pleaded guilty in Prince William County Circuit Court on Thursday to conspiracy to commit capital murder, solicitation to commit capital murder and malicious wounding.'
